Fff. This month has been absolutely horrible.

So I've been trying to get this job at gamestop, right? Well, once again, they've kicked my ass to the curb before even giving me a chance at a third interview (AKA the district manager figured out who I was and instantly found 'someone better'. Probably a guy, too.).

So at the moment, I'm boycotting (Along with about 30 other people) the Millington Gamestop. I hope they choke on whatever lattes their gorging themselves on.

And so I got a final interview from Lowes. It only took them FIVE MONTHS to get back to me.

And guess what they had the BALLS to do?

I applied for PART TIME ONLY. And I made it painfully clear that all I was going to apply for was part time. Apparently they figured after a couple of months that I'd be too stupid to remember, and tried putting me on Seasonal.

One month. That's all I'd be working for them for. ONE. DAMN. MONTH.

And not only that, did you know that they're SO CHEAP they don't hire janitors? Guess what pool they dip into to get the place clean? That's right, the Seasonal. No one else cleans, just cashiers and seasonal, but mainly seasonal. That means bathrooms, break rooms, displays, pulling in the carts, paints, etc. Basically, they're the ones that do the jobs no one ELSE wants to do.

I refuse to clean up someone else's mess in a bathroom. Ever. I will not do it, that's not what I applied for, if I wanted to be a Janitor, I'd have applied as one, not a cashier.

So I turned their asses down.

I've been babysitting a neighbor who has cancer every night for about a week and a half, or, well, I was, anyway. Her family had been saying they were going to take care of her, and blah de blah for thirteen years. They figured out I was there and said 'I'll give you 20$ to take care of her every night.'. So, seeing as I had no other job/life/anything, I accepted it.

That was around the 14th. I said yes, and the 16th I started sleeping over regularly. Note, the kids asked. But the woman I was WATCHING was the one paying me. I found this ridiculous, seeing as I was going to charge them MORE, but seeing it was HER paying and NOT THEM, I kept my mouth shut. It's hard making small talk for over 5+ hours with a woman who falls asleep halfway through her sentences.

They suddenly got the gumption to move in (AKA she was getting calls about the will and suddenly they want a piece of the pie, so they kicked me out.) and that was on Saturday.

Whoop de doo for me, I got about 210$ out of it.

So I went out on Memorial day with my mother to the movies, saw X-Men Origins: Wolverine, and found it insanely VIOLENT. I mean whoah. But yeah, how come whenever I have a 'birthday outing', I'm the one who ends up paying for EVERYTHING, including the movie tickets (For both me and my mother), and whatever we eat? (Both me and my mother again).

I thought this was my birthday coming up, not hers. She does this every year. My granddad's going to pay me back for it, but regardless, it still pisses me off that everytime I want to go out and do something with her, I have to always pay. She's the one with a degree, she's the one with a well paying job. Why do I have to always pay? It's not teaching me to be more frugle with my cash, it's just teaching me that I'm never taking my mother out again. :\

But yeah, my birthday's coming up on the 30th here this Saturday, and from the looks of it, only about two people give a flying rat's ankle about it. My own fault for going awol, I suppose, but after as shitty a year as I've had, it'd be nice to know someone cared. So drop a line or something guys, I'd greatly appreciate some kind of kindness coming my way.

My mother said I'd be blessed for taking care of the neighbor for so little money for as long as I did. I don't know about that, I never have before so we'll see. I'm still pissed off at fate or God or whatever because my luck has been the worst, and it constantly keeps getting even more worse.

So wish me luck that I don't just go ahead and slit my throat.
